CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being held and not transferred to a future booking. No-shows automatically forfeit the deposit and will result in a 20% cancellation charge of your service. Late Arrivals: Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee may be added to your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
